Lately, the subdivision has a problem with Junk Hauling. The garbage truck that roams the village has not come for three weeks now. It is indeed a very big problem mainly because there are many houses with junk in the homes that needed to be disposed. Junk removal should be done regularly. Unfortunately, junk removal in Balulang is far too different from Junk Removal in San Diego. Like what I said, the regular garbage truck has not come to pick up our garbage. What are we to do? Should we wait until Demolition Companies issue a job order to have said garbage removed? But that's not how it works here in the Philippines... Ugh!!!
Anyway, my household have done an alternative. We have burned garbage and buried those that will decay. Making a compost is said to be a healthy alternative for the soil and the plants' benefit. Oh and the good thing also, we were able to sell those recyclable ones.. Plastic and bottles do have a meager value but at least we got rid of our junk...
Now, even if this issue was resolved on our end, I still think that the local government should do something about the matter. Won't you agree?
