Blame It On The Rain

When we moved here at the orange house, the ceiling at what used to be the music room (old set up by the house owner), has already been damaged. Totally damaged! It has something to do with the roof. The former tenants had made it worsen because they did not do anything about it. Well, they even left me with two months water and electric bills that I needed to pay for fear that they will be disconnected and we, as the new tenants, will be the ones to suffer. Hmm, I will perhaps blog about that some other time... Anyway, about the roof, I had it fixed. I couldn't help but worry about what a damaged ceiling from a damaged roof can do. Not to mention that most of the things here at the orange house are electronic and operate in electricity. So imagine if there is leak and the leak may point at a gadget or two... That will definitely be a disaster. The roofer that worked on the roof was telling me that I should check on the roof during the rainy season, and if there is leak during rainy days, I should inform him or his assistant for a back job. Many rainy days and nights later, I found out that there is indeed a portion that leaks. Unfortunately, the roofer and the assistant are unreachable now. I am not a happy client. They are so different from a Miami Roofer that I read online. They are complete opposites. See, most of the clients of the latter, are happy about their great jobs... Affordable and quality rolled into one.. The roofer that I hired? Expensive and very bad!!! Ugh!
