What I have attached here is a letter with picture of the sister of a former school mate from Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan. Actually the one whose name, signature and picture you see is also a graduate of the same school. In fact, she is one of the friends of my bestfriend's sister,the late Glenn Borra's sister Charity. I used to see her on campus and believe me, she is as big as me. Seeing her photo made me think a bit about my health too...Anyway, the reason why am posting her letter and picture is for friends and schoolmates out there, who may be able to help her in her financial and medical problems.
I will blog about health and fitness when I see proof of the Ampalaya Coffee my friend Vong has told me to try.
