Who among you have been victimized by rude and unfriendly customer service personnel? Well, I guess many here would say YES... Customer service is one of the most important industries in the business world. Ranging from marketing to technical service, you name it, its there... and the industry is growing and ever evolving. In fact, that is the very reason why we have now the CONTACT CENTER or CALL CENTER operations. Basically, to provide fast and efficient man power to handle customer service jobs.
Before, I was never keen on my role as a consumer. Although I pride myself of being assertive, I always allow customer service to dictate on me. However, when I was part of the CONTACT CENT or CALL CENTER scene, everything changed. It's when I learned that we, as customers or consumers have the right to complain and report those agents who are not able to do their jobs well. Much more so, I was able to distinguish companies who give customer service ranging from the good and bad, worse to worst.
