Help for Mary Jean Bacorro - Thoughts to ponder...

Personally, I don't know her, but after I posted the blog and texted all my friends here in the Philippines if they know her, some, especially the nurses and doctor friends of mine who happen to have met her at the Northern Mindanao Medical Center (Provincial Hospital) confirmed to me that the lady is indeed in need of help. She is in need of a kidney transplant, but have no money for the said operation nor for the continuous medication. I am so sad because a woman like her, educated and ready for a competitive life, struggles with a sickness that, not only breaks her heart but torments her psychologically, emotionally, spiritually, apart from it affecting her physically.

So my dear friends in the blogosphere allow me to help her in the only possible way I can. If I were a millionaire, I would have given her the money she needs, but since I am just your ordinary teacher, living and fighting my own struggles, this is the only way I think I can help... So that explains her photo at the sidebar and the donation button for Pay Pal... I shall be seeing her sister again, and I will tell her what I did. If anyone of you would like to help, all contact information is on the letter that I have attached in my previous post. To go there, simply click the photo at the sidebar, it will redirect you to my previous post.

Maybe you can help me too. Maybe you can also blog about her, and perhaps more people will be able to help her. As my friend Amy said, the internet is a very powerful tool... I hope I will be able to reach people who will be more than willing to help Mary Jean Ranalan Bacorro.

I pray that you, with a big heart, who is reading this blog now, who will decide to blog about Mary Jean and her condition, and the help she needs, will be in perfect health always...

On behalf of Mary Jean and her family, I thank you from the bottom of my heart---
