SCENES FROM THE NIGHT CAFE

Every Friday here in Cagayan de Oro City is NIGHT CAFE... Food stalls are open where people can eat or drink, as well as a night market of inexpensive goods. There are also bands playing as well as therapists, masseurs and many others. Last Friday, I went with V and Jon2x, the staff of Our Lady of Fatima Therapeutic Foundation Clinic and had our simple BBQ dinner at one of the food stalls there.... After we ate, we walked further to check out the therapists that have made business at the Magsaysay Park... So the pictures in the slide show below were taken on our way to eat at the food stall near McDonalds, and the way after our simple dinner.. Lili took most of the pictures... Oh, and do not be bothered by the diggings you see behind the scenes... Those are underground canals projects by the city government... according to someone I heard talking while we were walking around. Another one said that the roads should have been untouched but because it's nearing elections, projects needed to be served.. hmmm.. I don't want to hear anymore... wink..wink...

Our simple dinner cost us P 476... 4 Chicken Wing BBQ (192), 4 "ATAY" BBQ (72), 4 "ISAW" (20), 16 "PUSO" (hanging rice- P 7 each), 2 COKE LITRO (P 40 each litro)
