LATEST FROM SCRUBS

Have you heard about the famous magazine for Nurses, Scrubs? I have posted an entry about this previously and I am really happy about all the articles that one can read from SCRUBS that I want to share with you the latest article I have read. It's about keeping oneself younger looking despite the odds.. I am pretty sure you all can relate.

Well, who wouldn’t?. Everybody wants to feel younger by looking younger. Agree or disagree? And I am pretty sure that anyone or everyone here is dying to know how to preserve youthful beauty. Correct or wrong? But of course, I think I know the answer, lol…

It often said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. True. But do you know that by simply doing 5 easy steps, one can be able to achieve it? Here’s how they are:

1. According to SCRUBS, we should all Get clean. We should never go to bed still wearing makeup,. We all know that wearing makeup to bed clogs pores, lets toxins penetrate more deeply. Cleansing cloths from Oil of Olay and Ponds make this task super easy. Use and throw away!

2. What my mother and grandmothers always told me.... Moisturize. It is a fact that as we get older, our skin needs even more pampering. After the face is clean, it’s better if not best to absorb a moisturizer.

3.And what everyone of us should have...sleep--- Sleep right. That is self explanatory... Whether one is a nurse or not, this really works.. And if you read the magazine, there are certain steps in sleep that helps make us wake up feeling and looking younger..

4. And this for the romantics.. Be kissable. SCRUBS says, our lips often become dry and lined. When brushing your teeth, give your lips a scrub, pat dry, then apply a lip treatment like Carmex.

5.And here's one that my sister Sweet will agree with---- Tame stray hairs. Nothing makes you look older than ungroomed eyebrows or those chin hairs that would make a billy goat proud. Plucking and depilatories often cause redness, so grooming at night lets your skin calm down by morning.

There are more interesting articles so I hope you can visit the site. You do not have to be a nurse to read those things written there. They are useful and helpful even to everyday life.. Take summer fashion, make up to use and other topics.. Just visit the site and see for your self...
