Water

A Hindu teacher once taught his students the importance of water. Water to sustain life, and to heal people from diseases, if not prevent it. The student was confused at first, but believed his teacher when he said that drinking two glasses of water upon waking up help revitalize the senses as it helps activate internal organs. A glass of water taken thirty minutes before meal helps with digestion, and a glass of water before taking a bath lowers blood pressure.
