Call me a hypocrite, but what I want for Christmas has nothing to do with what material things I wish to have. Although, I would appreciate very much if someone would give me a pot of gold, or a bottle of my favorite wine, or a serpentine table, or the bottle of perfume that I am eyeing. But then, hey, I can afford to buy them if I put my mind to really getting them.
What I do want is for me and my colleagues to have a better work environment, for me and my family to have better relations, for everyone that I love to have a happy and progressive future and for me and my daughter to stay stronger in bond and love. It's not the material things that count. But they can somehow give temporary thrills and enjoyment..
Today, as I opened my Facebook, I was saddened by what had flooded my screen.. I am saddened by the grim end of the lives of twenty elementary school children and six adults, in Connecticut, USA.

My heart aches at this early morning.. One can only imagine the pain of their parents at this time..
