After so many years of planning, we have finally stepped inside the oldest church in Bohol.. Baclayon Church. It's not just a tpurist destination, but a pilgrimage for my sister, so I tagged her along during our recent trip to Bohol.

Wrong Dvd
It's a weekend. Fridays are usually spent by me and my sister here at the apartment with a few movies to watch, preferably Vampire movies and horror movies, with lots of chips, crackers and some drinks. We do this as a breather for our very busy schedules doing our separate tasks on a regular basis. When we could not find movies to watch on cable, it's usually with our downloaded movies as well as the dvds that we could find earlier in the week. Today, however, we found a crazy dvd that isn't what it is supposed to be. We bought a dvd on monsters, but mind you, it was not at all what we paid for. In it, one will find yoga dvds in one. Instead of deciding to return the dvd, we have decided on keeping it, for what it is. Who knows, one day, we could do all the poses on video. hehehe
Posters and More
Last week, my colleagues and I were in Bohol, attending a convention for Values Education. I find it really funny that people, including ourselves, had to take pictures with the posters, tarpaulins and even the stage backdrop as background.
Then there are the photos with supervisors and all other Values Education staff, teachers and bosses in the national level. It was overwhelming, yet humbling at the same time. We learned so much in our three day experience, that we shall treasure for the rest of our careers.

Christmas Benefit Concert for THRIVE
These two classy ladies will sing their heart out in this Christmas Benefit Concert for THRIVE, Cagayan de Oro City's Breast Cancer Awareness Advocacy Group. I was told that the said Christmas Charity Concert is for the treatment for an indigent breast cancer patient supported by THRIVE.
Doctoring the Law stars Doc Mavy Cooper De Leon and Atty. Sam S. Tan. So join them in this classy evening, December 15, 2012 at the Rodelsa Hall, of Liceo de Cagayan University, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. Oh, before I drown myself looking for cheap bass at Musicians friend, I would first help them by spreading word about this cause. It takes a community to help, right?
