I have never been to any of the previous
Korea Electronics Show, but I heard that it is an amazing venue for electronics enthusiasts. By far, it is
Korea's biggest electronics show, and everyone is actually excited to be part of it. Even those who come from neighboring countries. Now, the best thing is that, a Smartphone app will be released soon for
KES 2011. I guess that's for everyone who can understand Korean, as it is in that language.

That way, people can be aware of everything about the said event. I wish I could visit Korea during this time to join that said electronics event.. Well, who knows..The show is expected to emphasize the technological convergence between software and hardware. That should bring about the realistic opportunities and responsibilities tied with the IT industry in improving the quality of life. Hmm. I hope that isn't difficult to comprehend. Anyway, everything shall be discussed at the KES 2011..
Now, for those who do not know yet, during this time too is the on going
Smart Korea Conference, where KES will not only be holding a huge electronics expo, but also various conferences and talks on future government policies that will highly affect various government ministries. Like the Ministry of Defense, for example, shall be meeting various firms about installing IT systems on ships, and all areas with security concerns, so too, the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries will be looking for IT solutions on growing produce and the like. In these conferences and meetings, insights into how companies can develop products in the future as well, allowing them to create more and better IT solutions that the government may one day require in the future. It is such a great idea that the Ministry of Knowledge Economy of Korea, Gyeonggi Province has Sponsored this event. Kudos to them. Of course, to organized this would be difficult unless you are an expert like the Korea Electronics Association.. At this early I congratulate them for the task. Imagine, this is already the 42nd year for the Korea Electronics Show. I think it won't continue this long if it were not a great collective effort for the benefit of the entire country..
I have once seen this kind of event in Singapore, while I was there and the exciting part is that, state of the art electronics are sold at half the price as part of promotion. Plus raffles and games that could win anyone huge electronics prize give away..
