This was the cake and ice cream that my mom's office mates enjoyed last year, on her birthday while they worked at the office..  Actually, it was a surprise that truly touched my mom.. Well, she was busy last year with Lili's and River's K 1 closing activities-- we all were.. And speaking of her birthday, well, we are thinking of a way to surprise her too.. Next week that is..
