Pantene freebies delivered..

We signed up for Pantene's 14 day hair challenge and after a few months, they were finally delivered. We were expecting that they will be delivered before the Shampoo and Conditioner was unveiled. Too late may be, but thanks for the freebies as well as the challenge.  I will give my feedback after 14 days.. My sisters will blog about their reviews too.

Six Packs and More..

As we were looking at all our gym equipment, I can not help but think that it has been useless keeping them. I mean, no one is using them except my brother but that is quite seldom. My father uses the treadmill for cardiovascular exercise but still it is not also often. I guess, if one is to use equipment like ours, he or she has to use the best muscle building supplement for a boost. But then, the equipment must be used often to achieve that six pack dream and more.. Agree??
