meal replacement shakes

My cousin introduced me to meal replacement shakes when I asked her what I should do to lose weight. It is chocolate flavored so it kinda tricks the brain to be taking in one of my favorite foodies but actually does its job in replacing a meal or two and ultimately reduces carbo intake which is somehow the culprit in the weight problem, plus lack of sleep and exercise of course...
