CRAVING FOR SISIG---

One time we went with Auntie Irma at Auntie Vicky's gasoline station in Kauswagan, we had this for dinner. This is sisig. Actually, sisig is served two ways at Caltex kauswagan. This here is the ordinary one, cheaper than the sizzling sisig. The same taste, the same "flare".. But with the sizzling sisig, you can not have the saucy sauce like the one you see in photo. That explains why we ordered this one instead of the sizzling one... I guess you could say that I am a sucker for sauces--- lol...

Ciao for now, it's lunch time here. Not eating sisig though as I am on a liquid diet since Monday---
