When I signed up for ReviewMe.com, I also signed up for Payoneer. If I didn't have my EON card to which I get my paypal cash-ins, perhaps I would be using it. Well, I didn't know that it is okay not to sign up for the Payoneer Card.. but hey, this debit card also looks good, doesn't it?
