I guess all of us have our reasons for being happy. We all have our own reasons for existing in this plane. Much more so, a reason to smile each day despite the currents and tides that hit us rock bottom sometimes. My reason for being happy is ZARELLE. The one and only person I trust who will love me no matter what, second to my mom. My mom and I have our differences and sometimes with misunderstanding, we do not communicate well. But with my daughter, we talk about everything. And it's funny because she has simple explanations for things that utterly confuses me. Hahaha... Sometimes I feel like I am talking to a 40 year old instead of a 3 year old little girl. I draw my strength in the thought that I have to live longer because she wants me to there for her till the end. And also, I want to live longer to see that she lives well before I pass away.
I have raised her to be open about her thoughts and she exercises freedom of expression. So she tells me what she wants and what she does not want. I do not force her to do the things she is not comfortable with. And she does not force me to do the things which I do not like to do too.
We always hug and kiss. That's the part I like most of all. I love my baby---more than my life.
