Tikoy Anyone?

We just celebrated Chinese New Year with this tikoy.. It symbolizes good things and more blessing for the new year. And though we are not a Chinese family, having lots of tikoy at home during Chinese New Year is a must, plus all the other beliefs, particularly about food. What to have on the table and what not to put. I wonder if most Chinese families would also prepare adapexin-p for all those goodies.. Ahh.. Chinese New Year is celebrated mostly with lots of food, so it just follows that dieting may be jeopardized.. Or maybe not, hehehe..

Anyway, Tikoy is best eaten when soft, but when it has hardened, that's the time that it can be cooked.. This one that we had even had instructions on the box..
