Auntie Irma's Maja Blanca


This is perhaps, the best Maja Blanca I have ever tasted. It's creamy and just right. Not too sweet and definitely not bland. You can taste real sweet corn as well as the cheese cubes in it and on top of it..
Soo yummy..And she only makes them on special occasions..

  4. I miss eating maja blanca, but I do like mine not oily. There are some maja blanca that's just way oily, maybe because of the latik.
